We opened our own cell engineering laboratory in April 2024, based at the National Chung Hsing University incubation centre.
It is the only facility of its kind at a cosmetics company in Taiwan.
There we developed our exclusive high-pressure guided fusion process. It works in four stages: weave, embed, load, stabilise.
It turns exosomes into Sangsicle™, an ingredient that holds its stability and is easy to formulate with.
Biotechnology Lab
ur cell engineering laboratory is planned to the Good Tissue Practice (GTP) standard and equipped with certified instrumentation, which keeps exosome production consistent in both safety and stability.
Laboratory R&D is part of our OEM/ODM workflow, so exosome-based products move from validation to production within one process.
Formulation Development Lab
A formulation database of over 10,000 entries and 30 years of compounding experience give us the data to study how raw materials work together. We work directly with major raw material suppliers in Taiwan and abroad.
We tune dosage form, texture and performance against your target market, season and consumer preference, and hold functionality and safety to specification throughout.
Process development lab
This laboratory develops and optimises the production process that carries a formula from bench scale to full production. Production parameters — temperature, pressure, mixing speed — are established through testing.
It also tests raw materials, process and finished product, working with our R&D, production and quality control teams.
Fragrance Design Lab
Our perfumers select natural aromatics and refine each fragrance through repeated testing, so it performs across the product bases it will be used in.
Each fragrance is then tested for stability under varying temperature, humidity and light, and in the specific base it will ship in. Skin irritation and sensitisation testing follows before release to production.
